• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Parental Consent for Minors

• If you are underage, your participation in our programs requires the signed consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The consent form must include:
  • Parent/Guardian’s full name
  • Contact information
  • Signature confirming approval of participation
• Without this form, your registration will not be processed.

5. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes.
• You must not:
  • Upload or share inappropriate content
  • Misuse communication tools (e.g., chat system)
  • Attempt to bypass security features

6. Payments

• Some services, including registration and enrollment, may require payment.
• Payment must be completed before accessing premium features such as the student dashboard, learning materials, and certification.

7. Parental Responsibilities

• Parents/Guardians providing consent acknowledge responsibility for the minor’s use of the Platform.
• They must ensure that the minor complies with these Terms of Use.

8. Certificates and Job Offers

• Certificates are issued only upon successful course completion.
• Access to job offers (e.g., Japanese Job Opportunities) requires full payment, course completion, and meeting additional eligibility criteria.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• We collect and process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Parental consent includes permission to process the minor’s information for educational purposes.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

11. Amendments
