1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern participation in and use of online and in-person classes provided
by Gafa&m. By enrolling in or attending these classes, you agree to abide by these terms and
conditions.
2. Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment process: Students must complete the enrollment process and provide accurate
information.
- Payment Terms: Students must pay fees fully before starting. If students prefer to pay in
installments, 60% of the total fee must be deposited. The remaining 40% will be spread for the
student to pay within 6 months (20% at a time until fully paid).
- Refund Policy: Money is not refundable. Any transaction made to the institute will not be
refundable.
- Consideration Policy: Once students quit or would like to register again, students must inform
the call center for registration policy.
- Other Payment: Plane tickets, housing, and visa fees must basically be paid by students, but the
hiring company in Japan may support the students depending on their situation.
3. Access and Use
- Class Access: Students should not share any information about the program to any other students
or friends.
- Technical Requirement: Students must ensure they meet the necessary technical requirements
(e.g., computer, internet access) to participate in the class.
- Class Content: Students who haven't applied should not take part in any activity.
- Technical Issues: In terms of poor video quality, connectivity issues, and platform errors,
students must inform the call center.
- Resign Policy: Any student who wishes to resign or quit studying must officially write to the
office.
- Accessibilities: Students must scan their face before getting access to the platform.
- Call Center Policy: Students can call the call center from 6am-10pm to answer questions.
Students can call at any moment while taking online courses.
4. Conduct and Participation
- Student Conduct: Students are expected to participate actively and respectfully. Disruptive
behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal
from the class without a refund.
- Attendance: Students are responsible for attending classes at the scheduled time. Missed classes
may not be made up unless otherwise specified.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content provided during the class, including but not limited to lectures, videos,
and written materials, is the intellectual property of Gafa&m or its licensors.
- Usage Rights: Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access
and use the content for personal educational purposes only.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: Personal data provided during enrollment and class participation will be
collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) to
facilitate classes. By enrolling, you agree to the terms of these third-party services.
7. Liability
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participating in the class.
- Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Gafa&m shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the class.
- In case of a lost ID number: Students must inform the call center for ID retrieval.
8. Termination
- Termination by Student: Students may terminate their participation in the class at any time but
will not be entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated.
- Termination by Gafa&m: We reserve the right to terminate a student's access to the class for
violations of these terms or other reasons at our discretion.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes
will be communicated to students, and continued participation in the class constitutes
acceptance of the new terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
- User Conduct: Students must inform the call center about any emergency situations.
- Complaints Issues: All complaints will be answered within 24 hours.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
[Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
